At Sri Mani Beauty & Fancy Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return Policy

- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.

- Customer must inform us within 2 days of delivery.

- Product should be unused and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

- Earrings and cosmetics are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

- Items used or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

- Once the returned product is received and checked, refund will be processed.

- Refund will be sent within 3-5 working days.

- Refund will be given through original payment method or UPI.

4. Replacement Option

- Instead of refund, customer can choose replacement (same or similar product).

- Please record unboxing video while opening the parcel for proof in case of damage or wrong item.
